Search within your records

Rapid OP Code consists of two databases. A database in the background with all the code information and a front database that is populated by you when you search for a code. Once the codes have been transferred to your front database you can keep the most frequently used codes and search amongst them by specialty, area or keyword on the procedure's first line.

First select a specialty by touching the specialty field. A list of specialties appears, choose your specialty and then click on the "NEXT" button above the list.

Select an area from the list then click "NEXT".

Select a procedure then click done.

After clicking DONE the result of the search appears showing the code and the categories for surgeon, anaesthetist and hospital.

At the bottom of the screen you have six buttons From left to right the first button opens a menu, the first item on the menu toggles from form view to table view,the second item is a “Go to Record button” to access previously created records by number, and the third item is a button to duplicate a record. The second button in the bottom bar is a plus sign to create a new record. The third button is a waste bin to delete a record, the fourth button is a magnifying glass to search records you have created.
The fifth and sixth buttons are navigation buttons to go through your records

From left to right the first button on the bottom bar opens a menu, the first item on the menu toggles from form view to table view. This allows you to see a list of your records, the second item is a “Go to Record button” to access previously created records, and the third item is a button to duplicate a record.

On the top bar there is a button that opens a menu to go to other screens.

You can search through the records that you have created by taping the magnifying glass icon in the bottom bar then taping on the field that you require the search. On the "Specialty" and "area" fields a list of values appears as usual, on the Procedure field you can search the first line of the procedure typing a keyword. Once you have entered the search parameter press the "Perform find" button.
